From tournament soccer to the volleyball court and the opening weeks of the football season, there was plenty happening across the North Country. Section X Scoreboard received confirmed results from 16 of those contests. A result from the scheduled Canton-Potsdam girls swimming meet was not available at the time of publication and is therefore not included as a final. That's intentional. As Section X Scoreboard grows, the goal isn't simply to post scores quickly. It's to build a reliable home for Section X athletics where athletes, families and fans know the information they're seeing has actually been reported. And Thursday night showed exactly why this can work. Scores, corrections and game information came directly from people around the Section X community throughout the evening. Keep them coming. If you're at a game, send us the final. If you've got stats, photos or a standout performance we should know about, send those too. The 2026 season is underway. Every Game. Every Team. One Section.
